If you want to keep things natural, you can use\naloe vera gel straight from the plant without worrying about it going bad\u2014the\nalcohol will act as a preservative. But if you\u2019re not a\nfan of its smell, you can use another type of essential oil, like\nlavender,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/8893526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lemongrass, or eucalyptus<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.\nWhisk.<\/strong>\u00a0To fully mix all ingredients,\nstirring won\u2019t be enough.
